Dr Tséla Rubel is the Transitional Justice Program Academic Manager. She received her BA in Political Science and History cum laude and her MA in History graduating with distinction from the University of Haifa. She Holds a PhD in political history from Queen Mary, University of London. Her fields of expertise are the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and the conflict in Ireland.
